Project Delivery Leader

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multi-discipline plant or processing facility projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree and proven experience delivering complex construction projects. Strong scheduling, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills are essential.

You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and our in-house engineering team to ensure quality, safety, and performance targets are met. A solutions-focused approach is required to drive successful project outcomes.

About The Role
  • Lead the delivery of complex projects from planning to completion.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve commercial and contractual goals.
  • Drive a collaborative approach to project delivery.
Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
  3. Commercial Management: Negotiate and agree variations and claims with clients.
  4. Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
  • A Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in construction project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
