Lead and support our dynamic team at Concrite's Auburn concrete plant.
The primary focus of this role will be to oversee operations and will involve day-to-day decision making, delegation of tasks and enforcing of safety rules, policies and procedures.Your day will involve:Communicating and coordinating with fleet of agitator driversOrdering raw material stock of cement, sand, aggregates, additive chemicals, etc.Facilitate safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reportingGeneral supervision of yard housekeeping, maintenanceand plant operations as requiredCommunicating with internal and external stakeholders(customers, dispatching team, management, etc.)Manage and oversee costs and raising of purchase ordersWhat are we looking for?
Experience in managing/supervising teams in a similar roleStrong communication and leadership skillsFlexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as requiredFEL licence and forklift licence will be highly regardedCommitment to a culture of safety and zero harmWhat's on offer?
