Project Leader

The Project Leader will oversee the delivery of diverse and technically challenging projects across various regions, ensuring that all assignments are completed within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, converting sales proposals into actionable projects with detailed plans, budgets, and procurement strategies.
  • Maintain clear and consistent reporting, providing regular status updates using RAG format and delivering monthly time/budget burn-down reports per project.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and contractors, and document key actions and outcomes.
  • Coordinate project milestones and delivery timelines, tracking procurement progress and ensuring alignment with agreed scopes and schedules.
  • Oversee risk, issue, defect, and variation tracking, maintaining quality standards in line with industry best practice.
  • Enforce commercial terms, managing milestone-based payments and tracking travel and accommodation costs related to project teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records, ensuring that all work package owners contribute their deliverables.
  • Review deliverables, including contractor work and quality documentation, to ensure fitness for purpose before finalizing projects.
