Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the revenue rulings service
- Draft new revenue rulings for publication and update existing revenue rulings as required, in consultation with stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement for the revenue rulings service, make recommendations and implement accepted recommendations
- Lead knowledge management activities associated with new or updated rulings
- High-level research, innovation, analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to prepare concise written materials which explain complex concepts clearly, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- High-level expertise in interpersonal communication and presentation skills to consult with stakeholders, explain complex information clearly and represent the organisation
- Ability to work independently and to make clear, timely and correct decisions
