Job Description

The position of Revenue/Review Specialist is available to manage a file portfolio of high complexity private rulings and / or objections across all revenue lines.

You will effectively oversee the preparation of high complexity private rulings and determination of high complexity objections, as well as mentor and review private rulings and objection determinations prepared by other staff.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in meeting quality and output performance targets in a complex legal and commercial environment, with strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written) to initiate and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of high complexity private rulings and determination of high complexity objections
  • Management of a file portfolio of high complexity private rulings and / or objections
  • Mentoring and reviewing private rulings and objection determinations prepared by other staff

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in meeting quality and output performance targets in a complex legal and commercial environment
  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
