About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Simulation-Based First Aid Instructor to join our team at Real Response. As a Simulation-Based First Aid Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering simulation-based emergency response training courses to a variety of organizations.

About You

  • You have a strong background in paramedicine, emergency nursing, fire EMR, military medicine, or other direct experience within the emergency medical field.
  • You are an excellent communicator, well-presented, passionate, creative, and innovative.
  • You have a current police check and a current working with children's check.
  • You hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or are willing to undertake this prior to employment.
