Job Title: Business Development Manager – Oil

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Embodied Corporate Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Western Australia.
  • Manage and expand our existing client base, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct on-site visits and sales, identifying new opportunities and products to offer.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and senior management to identify new opportunities, products, and services.
  • Attend regular national sales meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain and grow our company database, inputting data into our CRM system.
  • Provide management and sales reporting to senior management.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the industrial distribution or manufacturing sectors.
  • Technical mindset and ability to relate to a broad range of clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
