
Front Office Coordinator

Key to a company's success lies in its administrative backbone, and we are seeking a diligent Receptionist to assume this pivotal role.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage phone inquiries with poise and professionalism
- Coordinate appointments for clients, sales staff, and management with precision
- Generate and deliver invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Offer assistance to the sales team during peak periods
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Update pricing information according to business needs
- Procure supplies as necessary
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administration or reception roles is highly valued
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proficiency in Xero is an asset but not a requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Work Schedule:
The ideal candidate will be expected to work Monday to Thursday from 8am-4:30pm, Friday from 8am-4pm, and one Saturday per month from 9am-12:30pm.
