Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Assist in menu recommendations and provide excellent customer service
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Manage reservations and maintain a smooth dining experience
  • Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness and comfort
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally.

  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Manage front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

  • Lead and supervise in the absence of the manager, the front-of-house staff, ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a front-of-house or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and approachable personality that puts guests at ease.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for food and customer service
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
