As a Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in creating engaging environments where young children thrive. You will be responsible for guiding and nurturing our teams to deliver high-quality programs, driving business performance, and contributing to decisions about resourcing and education environments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to create safe and secure environments that foster a love of learning.
  • Develop lasting relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their child's education and care.
  • Drive business growth through innovative strategies, enabling us to invest in quality education for young children across Australia.
  • Contribute to making your Centre an example of exceptional childcare, reflecting Guardian's values of being brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional.

Requirements:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (or working towards).
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior leadership role.
  • Practical knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
