Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the goals of the Future Technologies cluster.

- Lead a team in the design, implementation and evaluation of innovative teaching materials, products and services that meet the needs of industry and students.

- Manage the recruitment, selection, induction and workplans of staff in the area of responsibility.

About You
This role requires a Program Manager with experience in vocational education who can lead a team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of industry and students. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the vocational education sector, and the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Capacity to lead and manage a team of staff in the design, implementation and evaluation of educational programs.
  • An ability to ensure the quality and compliance of all programs within your responsibility.
  • Capability in ensuring current and contemporary vocational competence which meets and/or exceeds the education level being delivered and assessed.
  • Effective organisational skills in planning, development, implementation, operation and review of programs.
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of the vocational education and training sector.

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Diploma of Vocational Education and Training
  • Information Technology specific qualification/s
