About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Sales Specialist to join our team at Southern Cross Austereo, a leading media entertainment company in Australia. As a Programmatic Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving programmatic revenue growth and new business through collaboration with our digital sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize programmatic revenue across all LiSTNR and partner products, including LiSTNR streaming, display, video, and podcasts.
  • Collaborate with the digital sales team to develop programmatic solutions from brief to deal management and post-campaign reporting.
  • Demonstrate the power of digital audio and its role in omni-channel programmatic strategies to provide solutions for clients.
  • Ensure programmatic revenue targets are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Engage with the Ad Tech team to develop clean room solutions for clients.
  • Develop new programmatic clients through agency trading desks and in-house teams.
  • Focus on new business growth across independent agencies and direct clients.
  • Develop and mentor campaign executives and junior members of the team.
  • Serve as a primary contact in your market for trading desks and DSPs.
  • Provide expertise where required on programmatic deal troubleshooting, liaising with our SSP partners where needed to find a resolution.
  • Review programmatic performance of consortium groups, analyze client data to optimize growth.
  • Oversee deal health and performance of all PG and PMP deals.
  • Develop relationships with all SSPs and DSPs.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships in programmatic agency teams, groups.
Requirements
  • 1+ years in programmatic sales roles.
  • 2+ years digital media experience in a sales-focused role.
  • High-level understanding of the digital media landscape.
  • High-level understanding of programmatic transactions and audience segmentation.
  • Experience working with SSPs or DSPs and generating new business.
  • A strong commercial drive and understanding sales imperatives.
  • Relationships with agency trading desks.
