Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals in delivering trauma-informed and therapeutic case management services. As the manager, you will oversee the provision of permanency services to ensure the best outcomes for children, young people, and their families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering trauma-informed and therapeutic case management services.
  • Oversee and manage the provision of permanency services to ensure the best outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members, ensuring a cohesive and nurturing work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of experience working with Children and Young People in OOHC.
  • Experience in working with Aboriginal young people, their families, and their communities.
