- Lead and inspire our inpatient team, sharing your skills and experience to enhance service delivery.
- Provide quality, evidence-based therapy that makes a difference with the time and support to do so.
- Collaborate with an engaged and motivated team focused on achieving the best patient outcomes.
- Access opportunities for ongoing professional development, quality improvement, and service innovation.
- Supervise, teach and train Level 1/2 Physiotherapists, AHAs and students.
Bowral & District Hospital, located in the Southern Highlands of NSW, is part of the South Western Sydney Local Health District. It has strong connections to tertiary facilities at Campbelltown and Liverpool.

- Current Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Outline your clinical experience including the ability to manage a complex and busy clinical caseload.
- Evidence of quality improvement, research or service initiatives you have led or been involved with and how you use evidence-led therapy.
- Experience with staff and student supervision.
- Examples of leadership within the multidisciplinary team and your effective communication skills.
- Australian C-Class driver\'s license (including P1 or P2). If you hold a license from another state, you must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2) license within three months of appointment. Learner\'s licenses are not permitted.
