Lead Child Health Specialist

This is a challenging position requiring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the health and wellbeing of children and young people who have experienced trauma and abuse.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and services.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work.
- Demonstrated ability to work culturally safely and develop strong relationships with Aboriginal services and communities.
- High level communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and set priorities in complex clinical situations.
- Current driver's license and willingness to drive/travel as required.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a National Police Check and provide evidence of current registration or accreditation as a health professional.
