This role reports directly to the General Manager and is supported by a Regional Catering Manager. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents through consistent presence and reliability.

About This Role
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and quality standards.
  • Possess a passion for delivering high-quality nutritious meals.
  • Lead and motivate the team, contributing to recruitment and training processes.
  • Manage stock control and ordering.
  • Oversight of resident dietary needs.
  • Kitchen and food cost management.
  • Production and delivery of high-quality meals.
  • Exemplify service excellence in all aspects of the dining experience.
  • Maintain effective communication with residents and families, documenting resident requirements when necessary.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • Preferred experience within Aged Care or broader catering expertise from commercial settings.
  • Understanding of food cost management's impact.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Chef qualifications, experience, and special dietary needs understanding.
