Job Title: Administration Coordinator

The role of the Administration Coordinator is a pivotal position within our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in supporting the efficient and effective delivery of our work program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist staff with administrative tasks including answering telephone calls, data entry, records management, photocopying, office management and vehicle maintenance and management.
  • Undertake bookkeeping tasks such as financial data entry, journaling, reconciliations and preparation of routine financial reports.
  • Provide administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
  • Manage and maintain our policy documents, including workplace health and safety policies, procedures and records.
  • Organise meetings and similar forums as required.

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and practices and experience in the application of a financial management package.
  • Knowledge and skills in the use of computers for business purposes, including word processing, spreadsheets and email.
  • Good organisational and oral and written communication skills including an ability to organise meetings, record and write up meeting minutes, edit documents and maintain written records.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake a range of workplace administrative tasks such as travel bookings, telephone and email communications, use and maintenance of office equipment and vehicle fleet management.

Requirements:

This position requires initiative, flexibility, problem-solving abilities and a personal commitment to attaining high work standards. The role involves working in a full-time capacity; however, alternative arrangements may be negotiated.
