Job Title: Allied Health Support Specialist

As an Allied Health Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing clinical and program support to our healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the delivery of high-quality health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and program support to Allied Health staff as required.
  • Work under the general supervision of Allied Health Professionals and use decision support tools, clinical pathways, and guidelines.
  • Contribute to patient records according to organisational and legal requirements.
  • Assist with preparation of assessments, treatments, and clinical processes for patients, including intake of referrals, management of referrals, and medical charts.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent) certificates/qualifications or progression towards completion would be highly desirable.
  • Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
  • C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
  • Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
  • A period of probation may apply.
Benefits:
  • Base salary ranges between $68,471 and $77,832 p.a.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
  • Annual Leave and Sick Leave accrual.
