Job Description

This pivotal position entails leading the commercial performance of multiple customer contracts while fostering operational growth and development. Key objectives include:

  • Develop and present business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead governance and financial performance across key customer contracts.
  • Support customer reviews, contract implementations, and renewals.
  • Deliver accurate billing, revenue capture, and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and hands-on approach with a focus on results-driven outcomes are highly valued in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior commercial or finance roles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP and other financial systems.
