- Reporting to the Pacific Financial Services Manager, you will be based in Adelaide and lead a team of Treasury Accountants.
- You will oversee cash and liquidity reporting, treasury operations, cash target delivery, and intercompany reconciliation across Australia and New Zealand.

- Develop and implement effective cash flow management strategies with thorough analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare monthly liquidity forecasts and reports with variance analysis to inform business decisions.
- Review bank and cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
- Determine daily cash requirements and arrange appropriate funding to meet business needs.
- Contribute to quarterly rolling forecast cash flows and monitor results to drive business performance.
- Leverage your expertise to manage the intercompany reconciliation process and ensure accurate balances.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their growth.
As a senior finance professional, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting or a related field, preferably with membership of a recognized accounting body.
- Proven experience in cash flow calculations, management, and forecasting.
- Advanced spreadsheeting skills using Excel to analyze complex financial data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Prior mentoring or managerial experience is highly desirable.
