  • Develop and implement effective cash flow management strategies with thorough analysis and recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly liquidity forecasts and reports with variance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Review bank and cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
  • Determine daily cash requirements and arrange appropriate funding to meet business needs.
  • Contribute to quarterly rolling forecast cash flows and monitor results to drive business performance.
  • Leverage your expertise to manage the intercompany reconciliation process and ensure accurate balances.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their growth.

As a senior finance professional, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or a related field, preferably with membership of a recognized accounting body.
  • Proven experience in cash flow calculations, management, and forecasting.
  • Advanced spreadsheeting skills using Excel to analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Prior mentoring or managerial experience is highly desirable.
