We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This challenging role requires developing and strengthening account-wide relationships, working with cutting-edge technology.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing existing key accounts within assigned sectors, increasing solution adoption and identifying new opportunities.
  • They will manage strategic relationships at all levels, particularly with Executives, Decision Makers, and Stakeholders.
  • A key aspect of this role is creating annual account plans and engagement coverage plans.
  • The Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to customers on best practices and solutions addressing their IT and Cybersecurity goals.
  • Presentation of client information to stakeholders at all levels, up to C-Suite, is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly status and results in assigned accounts, meeting expected revenue targets.
  • Additionally, they will manage a minimum pipeline of 3x revenue quota per quarter.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is essential.
Requirements
  • Mid to senior-level connections in key accounts are necessary.
  • The successful candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in account management and sales within the IT industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales cycle, preferably MEDDPICC, is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of sales achievements is required.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence are essential.
  • Knowledge of the Cyber Security industry and routing and switching products is highly preferred.
