Overview

This Sales Estimator position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in the housing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales estimating and be able to provide accurate pricing for contracts and variations.

The successful candidate will analyze project documentation, obtain quotes and pricing for non-standard variations, and liaise with key stakeholders throughout the process. They will also offer technical support to team members and sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate pricing for contracts and variations

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales estimating from within the housing industry
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications within the Residential Building Industry
  • Strong customer service focus
  • High level of numeracy and computer usage skills
