About UsWe are a specialist Australian quantity surveying and cost consultancy that partners with leading builders, developers, and contractors.
The Role- Preparing detailed take-offs, Bills of Quantities (Bo Qs), and cost estimates using advanced estimating software.
- Reviewing and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare accurate tenders, pricing schedules, and variation estimates to Australian standards.
- Work independently while collaborating daily with our team.
- Align hours with AEST for smooth communication and delivery.
We are seeking someone who combines strong technical skills with professionalism, commitment, and a collaborative mindset.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years of proven QS/estimating experience, ideally in Australia.
- Advanced proficiency in estimating software.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A stable and reliable home-office setup, including dependable internet connectivity.
