Job Title: Field Marketing Manager

At Datadog, we're expanding our presence in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region and seeking a skilled Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product, market positioning, and buyer personas.
  • Partner with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and exceed sales goals.
  • Liaise between the field sales teams and marketing organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Work with demand generation teams to regionalize content and optimize messaging for landing pages, email marketing, and events.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and evaluate program success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee end-to-end program management.
Requirements:
  • Solution-oriented and proactive self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and engage with systems to collect, analyze, and share data relative to marketing programs.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with CRM, Google Suite, project management, and sales enablement workflow.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
