About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a residential valuer in the Ballarat region. On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in:

  • Carrying out property inspections
  • Conducting desktop and digital valuations
  • Researching property sales
  • Preparing reports in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards

You will work with our state-of-the-art proprietary property software and systems, allowing you to maximise your time in the field and reporting data capture.

About You

We are looking for driven professionals with highly developed residential valuation skills, exceptional communication and business development skills. A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential. Key requirements include:

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • RPV and/or CPV status
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
