About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for ambitious individuals currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business (property) looking to launch their careers in property valuation within our government mass valuation/advisory sector.

You will assist qualified valuers with a variety of tasks including assistance with quality valuation reports, providing excellent back-end support, client services, and general office administration.

This role offers career development opportunities for a candidate with the right attitude and skills and will prepare the right candidate to become a certified practicing valuer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced valuers with various tasks and projects
  • Provide high-quality administrative support and client service
  • Develop skills and knowledge in property valuation and related areas
  • Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current enrollment or recent completion of a Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent
  • Genuine interest in government property valuations
  • Confident verbal communication and report writing skills
  • A positive and professional manner
  • High degree of computer proficiency
  • Current driver's license
