Residential Services Lead – Make an Impact in Disability Support

We're looking for a Residential Services Lead to oversee our Supported Independent Living (SIL) operations and lead our residential teams across multiple sites. This role is perfect for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and wants to help shape services that go beyond the standard.

You'll be the driving force behind quality, person-centred residential support, ensuring our participants feel safe, respected, and empowered — while also leading staff to deliver their very best.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and support SIL teams to maintain high-quality, person-centred services
  • Ensure services are culturally safe, trauma-informed, and aligned with participant goals
  • Oversee participant onboarding, needs assessments, and smooth transitions into SIL
  • Collaborate with the Community Services Lead to maintain a consistent service experience
  • Support rostering, staffing levels, and shift coverage, including out-of-hours on-call (1 weekend every 6 weeks)
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and address service delivery gaps
  • Support staff onboarding, inductions, and ongoing training
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and reporting

What you'll bring:

  • Leadership experience in disability, mental health, or community services
  • Strong understanding of NDIS and Quality & Safeguards Commission Standards
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • High-level organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Community Services (or relevant field)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, and Driver's Licence
