Property Management Opportunity

This is a rewarding role that makes a real difference in people's lives. As a Property Manager, you will work with a skilled team to provide tailored assistance and improve the lives of those facing challenging situations.

The ideal candidate will have experience or qualifications in Residential Property, with a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and the ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Managing tenancy processes within the related Act
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with renters while working closely with support services
  • Ensuring property maintenance, including emergency repairs and responsive maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data
  • Managing disputes, including attending hearings and liaising with authorities as required
  • Identifying potential tenants for vacant properties using referral sources

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience or qualifications in Residential Property
  • Qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as Community Services or Social Housing Management
  • Excellent customer service skills, providing friendly and detailed service
  • A high level of administration, organisation, and attention to detail
  • A sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997
  • Able to pass background checks
