Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team at Holcim.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented.
- Maintain effective communication with sales and production staff to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Escalate any customer issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate department or manager.
- Liaise with dispatchers to optimize service levels and reduce costs.
- Ensure full knowledge and compliance with our Allocation Procedure Manual.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as required, consistent with your training and skills.
- Be the primary point of contact for customers and employees.
About you:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Prior experience in processing high volumes of data or orders/transactions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to communicate effectively with customers via phone.
- Available to work shifts starting between 5:30am and 7:30am and finishing from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
- Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- High-level proficiency in Google and MS Office.
