Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent in Alice Springs.
About the RoleThis is a permanent part-time opportunity, working a 7-day rotational shift roster. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, meeting and greeting passengers, assisting with special needs, and providing information to ensure a smooth travel experience.
About You- You have recent face-to-face customer service experience in hospitality, tourism, or other customer-focused industries.
- You possess a passion for customer service, a proactive 'can-do' attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- You can work independently and as part of a team, adapting to an ever-changing environment.
