About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store visual merchandising services to the Bunnings store in Alice Springs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Order, merchandise, and stock products, including manual handling
  • Maintain in-store displays to ensure a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience
  • Ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong computer skills, with experience using retail software and systems
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
