Field Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team at Dulux Group. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for delivering in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements and supporting, training, and delivering in-store projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships
- Order, merchandise, and stock products, including manual handling
- Maintain in-store displays
- Ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
- Assist with major planogram initiatives

Requirements
- Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
- Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
- Sound computer skills
- Strong time management, prioritisation skills, and own initiative
