The **Role**: As a seasoned Sales Director, you will lead our team of 6 Medical Scientific Liaisons to achieve and exceed sales targets. With a proven track record in sales leadership within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the prescription business through general practitioners and pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 6 Medical Scientific Liaisons to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our presence in the prescription market.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and pharmacy networks.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the prescription business landscape, including general practitioners and pharmacies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

We estimate a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on industry standards for this role.
