Job Overview

Maintenance reliability engineers are essential to ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of mobile assets.

The role involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies that drive reliability, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

  • Improving asset reliability using tools like RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysis
  • Developing long-term maintenance plans aligned with production goals
  • Creating capital justifications and managing projects
  • Leading investigations into equipment failures
  • Coding and mentoring teams in reliability practices
  • Contributing to safety planning and participating in toolbox meetings

Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring seamless operations by minimizing downtime and optimizing maintenance schedules

The ideal candidate will have an engineering qualification or relevant trade background, experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, familiarity with mobile fleet maintenance, and industry experience.
