The successful candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or Certificate III in Aged Care, along with demonstrated experience working as a Leisure and Lifestyle worker in the residential aged care sector. Key responsibilities include developing Leisure and Lifestyle care plans for residents, providing respectful, holistic care, and possessing highly developed organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
