Resident Experience Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our Resident Experience team as a coordinator.
In this role, you will lead a team to deliver an enhanced resident experience through technology and lifestyle programmes tailored to residents' interests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering activities and lifestyle programmes that cater to residents' specific needs.
- Supporting residents in using technology, including one-on-one support and workshops.
- Maintaining an up-to-date activities calendar and village updates to keep residents engaged.
- Facilitating focus groups to gather residents' ideas and interests for programme development.
- Coordinating village participation in wellness and engagement projects.
- Organising group excursions for the enhanced activities programme.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong empathy and patience with elderly residents.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to think creatively and manage events effectively.
- Technical expertise and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A valid RSA or willingness to attain.
