Job Opportunity

This role is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of core functional areas.

The successful candidate will lead the commissioning of the venue, define operational workflows, service standards, staffing structures, resource plans in preparation for venue launch, and ensure regulatory compliance requirements are satisfied prior to go-live.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the venue establishment in coordination with stakeholders
  • Defining operational workflows, service standards, and staffing structures
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Overseeing daily operations of all theatre functions
  • Coordinating and monitoring service delivery across multiple business units

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications or significant experience in venue, theatre, or live operations
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in venue, theatre, or live event operations
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and leading high-performance environments
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale operational projects

What's on offer?

This is a term contract opportunity with an initial period of 12 months, with a view to extend if required. The successful candidate must be available to work across a spread of hours, seven days a week.
