We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venue Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Venue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving business growth through effective venue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the venue team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and food safety to high standards
  • Take ownership of venue operations, from opening checks to reporting and budgeting
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture aligned with our values

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail with a strong track record of success
  • A hands-on, lead-by-example approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong operational and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • A customer-first mindset with a love for good energy and great service
  • Food Safety Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain)
