We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who can motivate and inspire their team to deliver outstanding results. Your expertise in managing multi-faceted venues will be crucial in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and social group bookings.
  • Monitor and control financial management of the business.
  • Create and execute events and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including scheduling, staff management, and customer service.
