The University Health Service seeks an experienced Medical Receptionist to contribute to the ongoing work and success of on-campus health services.
In this role, you will provide professional reception and administrative support services to the University Health Service (UHS), as well as aid medical practitioners, registered nurses, counsellors, and other allied health professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Providing professional reception and administrative support services to the University Health Service (UHS)
- Aiding medical practitioners, registered nurses, counsellors, and other allied health professionals
- Professionally receiving, processing, and triaging patients attending the UHS
- Contributing to efficient operations of the larger University Health Services
- Highly organised and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience working in a medical practice in an administrative and/or reception role
- Understanding of day-to-day workings of a medical practice
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidence
