IT Technical Support Specialist

At MedHealth, our mission is to provide exceptional healthcare services to our patients. As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all technology-related inquiries and issues.
Job DescriptionThis role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve technology-related calls and tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Provide first-class service through to resolution, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities and troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve hardware problems, including performing repairs and maintenance on computing equipment and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and printer issues
- Provide remote and on-site support as required by the business
Requirements
- 1 year of experience working in a technical service desk or similar support environment
- Familiarity with Freshworks or similar ticketing systems
- High level of expertise in Office 365 applications support
- Experience with Windows Server for items such as Active Directory and Print Services
- Solid understanding of ITIL practices
- Familiarity with Pure Cloud or similar phone systems
- Exceptional attention-to-detail and great interpersonal skills
