About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Service Consultant to join our team at Bendigo & Adelaide Bank. As a key member of our Customer & Partner Engagement team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, sustainable partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients across the Cash Solutions business, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service and support.
  • Develop and execute outbound customer campaigns to drive customer retention and increase product per customer ratio.
  • Work closely with the operational team to resolve issues and communicate back to the business for review, within agreed timeframes and service standards.
  • Investigate and research matters, assist with continuous improvement initiatives, and liaise with other areas of the Bank to ensure processes comply with legal obligations and regulations, mitigate risk, and enhance the customer experience.

About You:

  • Experience in financial services, ideally within wealth management, financial planning, or broking.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience within financial services and working with Partner/Advisor channels.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong use of initiative, with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to identify and remediate issues.

  • A flexible hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of being in the office at least 2 days per week.
