About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our office and production facilities operate seamlessly and efficiently.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our team to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

As a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring adherence to WHS policies and procedures
  • Overseeing daily operations and maintaining safe and clean environments
  • Coordinating with contractors for maintenance and repairs
  • Developing preventative maintenance schedules and responding to requests
  • Managing office space allocations and coordinating workstation and office moves
  • Liaising with vendors and managing the facilities budget
  • Developing emergency response plans and conducting drills
  • Serving as the primary contact for facilities issues for employees
