About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our Brisbane-based team at Maintenance Systems Solutions.

As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will be responsible for building and managing maintenance schedules to ensure plant and equipment reliability. You will achieve optimal resource utilisation through effective scheduling and geographical campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage maintenance schedules to ensure plant and equipment reliability.
  • Achieve optimal resource utilisation through effective scheduling and geographical campaigns.
  • Lead schedule review meetings with technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards, promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement in onshore maintenance strategies.
  • Manage backlog, PM, and CM schedules to align with operational excellence frameworks.

About You

To be successful, you will need experience in the following:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Scheduler within the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of resource management and scheduling processes.
  • Familiarity with EHS compliance and safety standards.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • You must have Australian Working Rights for this role.
