We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for delivering a range of support duties to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate reports and maintenance tasks
- Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues
- Process financial administration tasks, including data input and purchase order management
- Book and manage venue bookings
- Support the Facilities Management department in logistics and other tasks
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in facilities administration or coordination, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills. You will be working in a dynamic and inclusive environment where staff thrive and develop their skills.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45-48 per hour, plus super, and the opportunity to work with a well-known higher education provider on a 3-month contract.
