Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair plant, equipment, and building systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and develop preventative maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
