We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Solutions Expert to join our Commercial-Agent Solns-Customer Solutions-NAT team. In this role, you will work closely with our Agency Sales Teams to create and deliver sales pitches that articulate value to customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Real Estate Agency sector, excellent customer service and relationship building skills, and strong sales mentality. They will be comfortable presenting to clients and have strong familiarity with CRM system functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with our Agency Sales Teams to create and deliver sales pitches that articulate value to customers.
- Provide product demos and training webinars to explain benefits and ensure that solutions are well-integrated into our client's businesses.
- Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to understand opportunities for product improvements.
- Support conversations at the time of contract renewal to ensure that valuable clients are retained and continue to get the most value out of the solutions.
- Attend sales meetings and corporate roadshows.
- Continually provide insights on market conditions such as competitor activity, as well as potential barriers and opportunities.
