A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Engage Personnel.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our accounting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and lodging new client registrations, liaising with clients and external parties, and performing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lodge new client registrations, including ABN, TFN, GST, and PAYG applications
  • Liaise with clients, the ATO, and external parties to ensure seamless communication
  • Perform various administrative duties, including fee preparation, scanning, emailing, and filing of documents
  • Proactively work towards electronic files and filing systems
  • Assist with company updates and changes, including ASIC lodgments and company statements
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of administration experience within an accounting or investment firm
  • Professional services/public practice/ASIC experience
  • Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office and MYOB AE
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
