Postgraduate Student Recruitment Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Postgraduate Student Recruitment Strategy, driving personalized recruitment activities and conversion campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales strategy development and execution, with a proven track record of delivering against targets and driving increased return on investment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing high-touch sales engagement and conversion practices, training for all cohorts, and overseeing the implementation of 'always on' conversion calling campaign systems and processes. They will also maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and be accountable for the annual intake of Domestic Postgraduate students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement UNSW's Postgraduate Student Recruitment Strategy to meet commencement targets
  • Drive sales and conversion uplift through seamless customer experiences across key touchpoints
  • Oversee the implementation of 'always on' conversion calling campaign systems and processes
  • Maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Foster a customer-focused approach to service and business development
