We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Postgraduate Student Support Officers. This is an opportunity for passionate individuals who enjoy connecting with students and providing exceptional support throughout their academic journey.

As a Postgraduate Student Support Officer, you will engage with prospective students via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, SMS, and at recruitment events.

Your key responsibilities include building trust-based relationships with prospective postgraduate students, providing individual guidance, and conducting one-on-one consultations.

You will also support the team in delivering targeted initiatives to drive applications and enrolments, and analyse engagement data to generate insights and improve conversion strategies.

We are looking for individuals with experience in student recruitment, business development, or engagement. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to build meaningful relationships, and have a proven track record in managing and nurturing a pipeline of individual prospects.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent, and have experience working in the higher education sector.

Additionally, you will require excellent analytical skills, including data analysis and report writing, and a strong understanding of CRM systems.
